What you need:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 5 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Toss cauliflower with oil, rosemary and salt until well coated.
Arrange in a single layer on an aluminum foil lined baking pan.
Roast at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is browned and tender.
Ahhh... the house smells so good!
