These little bites of mozzarella make a perfect appetizer. This recipe is simple, delicious and repels against vampires & Grandma.
What you need:
- 3 tablespoons fresh herbs coarsely minced. I used a combination of basil, thyme, and oregano (Use whatever herbs suit your fancy.)
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz. ciliegine mozzarella balls drained
- Combine all ingredients in a zip-lock bag and refrigerate for a few hours to overnight.
- Let come to room temperature before serving.
