Brownies With Add-Ins

I just love these brownies and refuse to eat the stuff in a box anymore. I also think baking these guys in my 8x8 glass pan makes them absolutely perfect.

What you need:

• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1-2 cups of your favorite brownie add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, mini marshmallows, M&M's etc...)

What you do:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine butter and cocoa.

Add sugar and mix.

Add eggs one at a time and stir until well combined.

Stir in vanilla, flour and salt (don't over mix).

Fold in add-ins. (I added 1/4 cup chocolate chips, 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts)

Spread batter in a greased pan and bake for about 25 minutes.

Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Dig in!
