Crustless Quiche

I love quiche, I don't love the crust. So when I make a quiche I go crustless.

What you need:
  • 2 cups chopped cooked vegetables (I used mushrooms, onion and asparagus)
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups shredded cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
What you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a pie pan. (Mr.Perfect's grandma gave me this vintage Cheese Cake Pie Baker. I love it! )

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well.

Pour egg mixture into pie pan.

Bake in oven until eggs have set, about 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Dig in, you won't miss the crust at all!

  1. Looks delicious! Packed with such good things, who needs the crust?

  2. A very healthy wonderful recipe indeed! I tried an eggless recipe and my family and I are going back and forth between calling it a sheperd's pie or a quiche - hope I can decide soon so that I can blog it ;)

  3. We are NOT related; crust is heaven. Of course, so is quiche!

  4. gorgeous!!!! thanks for sharing!!! =)
