Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings

I really like the flavor of buffalo wings.  It's the wing I have a problem with.  It seems like they are all bone and skin with a little tiny string of chicken.
 This is my solution to my issue with buffalo wings.

What you need:
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chicken wings size pieces
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise 
  • 1 cup finely crushed cracker crumbs or 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Franks red hot sauce

What you do:
  1. Thoroughly mix chicken and mayonnaise covering the chicken in a thin layer of mayo. 
  2. Mix cracker crumbs and seasonings in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dredge chicken in crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees, for about 15 minutes, until crispy on outside and lightly browned.
  5. Combine melted butter and hot sauce. 
  6. Gently toss cooked chicken in the hot sauce mixture, completely coating the chicken.
 









  They are great served with blue cheese dressing as an appetizer or on a salad for a main course meal.

  1. These look so good! I love the idea of a homemade boneless buffalo chicken wing. The ones at restaurants can taste nasty, so I love this idea. Thanks for sharing :)

  2. I just made these and they were amazing! I was really surprised at how quick and easy they were to make! Ten minutes to thaw out the chicken and about twenty-five minutes to prep and bake. Absolutely perfect!
