Roasted Asparagus

Some absolutely wonderful person left a beautiful bunch of asparagus at my front door today. Thank you Nana!

Roasted vegetables are delicious, I especially love roasted asparagus. It's very easy and takes no time at all to whip up.

 What you need:
  •  1 lb asparagus, washed and tough ends removed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

What you do:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, roll around to coat. 
  4. Sprinkle asparagus with salt and pepper.  
  5. Roast for about 20 minutes.

  1. this is the ONLY way i will eat asparagus! it's delicious! never liked it till my sister told us how to do this. now i actually SUGGEST asparagus for dinner! lol
