Rosemary Roasted Cauliflower

I can't say that I've always liked cauliflower. But once I started roasting, it became one of my favorite vegetables. There's something about the combination of olive oil & rosemary that makes cauliflower special.

What you need:
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 5 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
What you do:
Toss cauliflower with oil, rosemary and salt until well coated.

Arrange in a single layer on an aluminum foil lined baking pan.

Roast at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is browned and tender.
Ahhh... the house smells so good!
