What you need:
- beading thread
- beads (I used pearls.)
- a clasp
- 2 crimp beads
Cut a length of thread longer than you'd like your necklace. Make a knot in the middle of the thread.
Slide a bead on the thread and make another knot on the other side of the bead. Pull the knot tight against the bead by sliding your fingernail or some tweezers against the knot.
Measure an inch and make another knot.
Slide another bead on the thread and make another knot on the other side of the bead.
Continue adding knots and beads until your necklace is at the desired length.
To add the clasp, make a knot where the clasp will go. String a crimp bead then the clasp.
Pull the end of the thread back through the crimp bead.
Flatten the crimp bead with a pair of pliers and tie the end of the thread near the knot, cut any excess thread at the knot. Follow same steps on the other end of the clasp.
Ta-da! I'll be wearing this on St.Patty's Day.

Super cute!!!
