Vinegar as a Household Cleaner

Both Mr.Perfect and I thought it was time to decontaminate the house. Trouble has been awful sick for the last week, so the whole house especially the bathrooms needed an extra good cleaning. After using my normal cleaning product in Trouble's bathroom. I decided that it needed another round of disinfecting.... yep I got out the vinegar.
I really like that vinegar is an all natural disinfectant. It's eco-friendly, non-toxic and safe to be used for disinfecting household items. The high acidity level kills germs and microorganisms.

I simply poured distilled white vinegar into a spray bottle and sprayed any surface that I knew needed to be disinfected. You can also spray and wipe.

I sprayed sinks.

I sprayed handles.

I sprayed the tub and the toys in it.

I sprayed the bathmat.

I even sprayed Trouble's toothbrush.

Don't worry, when the vinegar dries the smell is gone.

PS- Vinegar is great for pancakes, cleaning grout and laundry too!

  2. This is a good tip! I am really impressed with this blog :) I rarely carry out cleaning as I use Maid Complete to clean my house. They carry out a great service and I am never unhappy with their work :)

  8. You know if you are not on Instagram, you should be. I know you can't put text up, but just throw in a few pics and build an audience there. I think you'd find a ton of people who would be super interested in your blog here.

  9. I love this post but just a tip... you should really write longer articles. I hear it helps a lot with getting new visitors. And I think your writing style would keep people really interested in what you had to say about all of this
